Oh Hello 2010 it's nice to meet you!

One down, 364 days more. I can do it, I can do it!

This is my very first year starting off as a mom, and what better way to start off that year then with my little one going mobile. That's right, we went from just laying there, to rolling to now having to actually monitor where she is at all times. This is that responsibility thing everyone told me about.

I trained Chloe to go to her pillow on command, and I seriously thought about trying to train Lena.

Now 2009 was a good year, well it was a GREAT year. I started the year in the Mountain Time Zone and about this time last year we were in our second month of snow. Now I am in Eastern Time zone where everyone said, "Oh we don't get that much snow...and I just went through my first blizzard! Did I know I was going to be in Maryland last year? H-No, so who knows where I'll be next year.

2010 will bring good things and probably with that some bad things...for example, I will turn an age where if you were rounding, you would round to 3o, I am no longer young, youthful, spring chic. I am going to be older, wearing a pair of mom jeans, and trying to figure all the ways to get rid of these stretch marks.. (TMI??? )

On the good side, this year will bring me my 4th year mark with my love biscuit, that's almost a whole hand worth! I get to celebrate a 1st B-day with Lena,(we are already discussing cake flavors!) And this summer I get to actually go out into the sunshine and lets everyone say it together...GET A TAN!!

I love starting the New Year, and the only resolution I will be working on is trying to locate all the brain cells that I lost in '09. Hollar at me if you found any of them!

Good luck to you all...LET THE GAMES BEGIN

LOL

I'm with you on the brain cells.
I often stop in the middle of a conversation forgetting what I was about to say. And there are many times I leave the room to get something, only to find myself sitting there for a minute trying to recall what it was.
